SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR @ KELVIN KAITANO
We are looking for a dedicated System Administrator to join our IT operations in Bogotá, Colombia. This is an on-site position where you will be responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of our computer systems and servers. You will work within both Linux and Windows environments, ensuring maximum uptime and security for our infrastructure. The salary for this role ranges from 7,000,000 to 8,000,000 COP per month gross.
As the role supports global operations, candidates must be comfortable working in 24/7 rotational shifts. This position requires a fluent Spanish speaker with strong English skills (B2 or higher) to communicate effectively with international teams. You will be at the forefront of technical troubleshooting and infrastructure management, contributing to the overall stability of our technical services in a high-demand environment.

Key Requirements
Proven experience in IT support or systems administration
Fluency in Spanish
English proficiency at a B2+ level
Extensive knowledge of Linux operating systems
Extensive knowledge of Windows Server environments
Availability to work 24/7 rotational shifts
Experience with hardware maintenance and troubleshooting
Understanding of networking protocols and security best practices
Ability to manage server backups and disaster recovery protocols
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
