The administrator will be responsible for the health and performance of both Linux and Windows environments. This role requires a proactive individual who can troubleshoot complex technical issues and ensure system uptime for international operations. Fluent Spanish and strong English skills are mandatory to communicate with global teams.

Key Requirements
Proven experience in IT support or systems administration.
Full availability for 24/7 rotational shifts.
Advanced knowledge of Linux operating systems.
Proficiency in Windows server environments.
Fluency in Spanish and English (B2+ level).
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of network protocols and security measures.
Experience with system monitoring and backup solutions.
Ability to work on-site in Bogot1.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, or Linux) are a plus.
