CUSTOMER ADVISOR (GERMAN) – B2C (AMEX PROJECT) @ KELVIN KAITANO
We are seeking a German-speaking Customer Advisor to support the AMEX Project in Athens, Greece. This hybrid role involves providing exceptional B2C customer service and support, ensuring that all client inquiries are handled professionally and efficiently. The salary for this role is €1,300 per month, supplemented by a performance-based bonus of up to 15%.

Key Requirements
Fluency in German and a good command of English.
Previous experience in customer service or a call centre environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Comfortable working in a hybrid model based in Athens.
Resilient attitude and ability to handle customer queries calmly.
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with digital support tools.
Ability to work effectively within a team project environment.
Willingness to relocate to Greece (relocation support provided).
High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
