Key Requirements
Background in Security Management
10+ years of leadership in hospitality security
Strong expertise in surveillance systems
Expertise in emergency response protocols
Advanced knowledge of risk management
Certifications such as CPP or PSP are highly desirable
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in security reporting and documentation
Ability to train and lead a security team
Deep understanding of local safety regulations and protocols
