Kandui Industries Pvt Ltd is actively looking for an HR Executive to join their team in Daman, India. The primary focus of this role is to manage the full cycle of the recruitment process, which involves identifying potential candidates, conducting interviews, and performing thorough evaluations to ensure organizational fit. The candidate will also be responsible for updating job advertisements and conducting background checks to maintain the integrity of the hiring process.

Beyond recruitment, the HR Executive will manage employee attendance, update MIS reports using MS Excel, and maintain personal files and HR documentation. Key responsibilities include assisting with onboarding, induction, and exit formalities, as well as coordinating PF work and the salary process. Candidates should possess strong skills in MS Office, excellent communication abilities, and a high level of professionalism in handling confidential HR information. Qualification requirements include an MBA-HR, BBA, B.Com, or BMS, with 1 to 3 years of experience. Female candidates are specifically encouraged to apply for this position.

Key Requirements

Maintain accurate Employee Attendance records daily. Manage and update HR data and MIS reports using MS Excel proficiency. Organize and maintain Employee Personal files and comprehensive HR documentation. Assist with full employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, induction, and exits. Coordinate Provident Fund (PF) administrative tasks and the Salary Process. Execute the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to final selection. Draft professional correspondence, including appointment letters and show cause letters. Demonstrate advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Power Point. Exhibit strong verbal and written communication and coordination skills. Maintain the highest level of confidentiality regarding sensitive HR information. Possess a qualification in MBA-HR, BBA, B.Com, or BMS. Have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in human resources.
