Key Requirements
Strong field connect and networking skills within the Chhattisgarh region.
Educational background in MBA, PGDM, or ABM (Agri-Business Management).
Proven track record in sales and marketing within the agriculture industry.
Ability to develop and maintain relationships with farmers and distributors.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in local languages.
Willingness to travel extensively across various districts in Chhattisgarh.
Knowledge of agri-biologicals, microbials, and biological farming techniques.
Goal-oriented mindset with a consistent drive to achieve sales targets.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and growing team environment.
Strong analytical skills to identify market trends and development opportunities.
