EXECUTIVE – BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT (PROJECT MAPPING) @ KALCO
The Executive – Business Development (Project Mapping) role at Kalco involves actively surveying and mapping various construction sites within the Delhi NCR region, specifically focusing on Noida and Ghaziabad. The primary objective is to identify potential projects, generate high-quality leads, and qualify them for the sales pipeline. This position requires a proactive individual who can effectively support the sales team while maintaining accurate records within the CRM system. Candidates should be prepared for a dynamic field environment, as the role demands significant daily travel ranging from 70 to 90 kilometers. The ideal applicant will possess strong communication skills to interact with site managers and stakeholders, ensuring that targets are met consistently. This full-time position operates six days a week and offers a remuneration structure consisting of a fixed salary plus incentives. The locations covered include Noida and Ghaziabad.
Key Requirements
Graduate degree in any field.
6–12 months of professional experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Highly target-driven and goal-oriented mindset.
Willingness to travel extensively (70–90 km per day).
Possession of a personal two-wheeler for transportation.
Valid driver's license for a two-wheeler.
Ability to perform project mapping at construction sites.
Proficiency in lead generation and qualification.
Competency in using CRM software to manage sales data.
