OPERATIONS & EVENT MANAGERS @ KAIRA WEDDINGS
Kaira Weddings is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Operations & Event Manager to join our team in Bengaluru. This role is focused on the end-to-end management of both high-profile weddings and corporate events, requiring immediate availability. The ideal candidate will handle production schedules, collaborate with in-house teams, and manage various vendors while ensuring all project timelines are met from pre-planning to post-event pack-up.
The position requires active communication to align on expectations and ensure all events run smoothly. You will be responsible for budgeting, overseeing fast-paced event setups, and maintaining high standards of quality under pressure. Key Requirements
Prior experience in production management (in the weddings/events industry is desirable).
Ability to manage events end-to-end and work under pressure & meet deadlines.
Ability to work in fast paced event setup.
Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with clients, team & vendors.
A degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or any related field is preferred.
Proven track record of managing complex production schedules and timelines.
Strong budgeting and financial tracking skills for event-related expenses.
Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by event schedules.
Deep understanding of technical event elements like lighting, sound, and staging.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet during live events.
