CS MANAGEMENT TRAINEE @ JSW CEMENT LIMITED
JSW Cement Limited is inviting applications for the position of CS Management Trainee based in BKC, Mumbai. The role offers extensive work exposure, including handling and assisting in Secretarial Compliances under SEBI (LODR), SAST, the Companies Act, and various other applicable corporate laws. The selected trainee will be responsible for assisting in compliances, managing documentation, preparing reports, and ensuring timely regulatory filings. This is a foundational role designed to provide a deep understanding of corporate secretarial functions within a large-scale industrial organization.
In addition to documentation tasks, the trainee will support the compliance function by overseeing and monitoring all statutory and regulatory compliances applicable to the Company. A key part of the role involves coordinating and liaising with External Auditors, Depositories, and Consultants to ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements and governance standards. Candidates will have the opportunity to work in the heart of Mumbai's financial district at Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), gaining insights into the practical application of corporate law and governance in the cement industry.

Key Requirements
Must have cleared the Professional Programme of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
Strong understanding of the Companies Act, 2013 and related corporate laws.
Familiarity with SEBI (LODR) and SAST regulations.
Ability to assist in secretarial audits and documentation processes.
Proficiency in preparing and filing various e-forms with the MCA/ROC.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective liaison.
Strong analytical skills to monitor statutory and regulatory compliance.
Ability to coordinate with external stakeholders like auditors and depositories.
High level of professional integrity and attention to detail.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced corporate environment.
