We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team in Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) specifically for Sales Cloud, while also overseeing critical integrations with Marketing Cloud and ERP systems. You will facilitate workshops, gather detailed requirements, and provide hands-on expertise to optimize our CRM performance. Key Requirements
Salesforce Sales Cloud Certification is mandatory.
Salesforce Administrator Certification is mandatory.
Proven experience conducting workshops for Sales Cloud.
Demonstrated expertise in Marketing Cloud integrations.
Experience managing and implementing ERP integrations.
Ability to act as a hands-on CRM Subject Matter Expert.
Strong leadership skills in requirement gathering sessions.
Expertise in stakeholder discussion facilitation and management.
Proficiency in solution mapping and technical documentation.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities within a CRM context.
