Key Requirements
6+ years of experience in US Individual Taxation (1040).
Mandatory CA or CPA qualification.
Specialization in High Net Worth Individual (HNI) tax services.
Proficiency in US tax laws and regulatory changes.
Experience using CCH Axcess or similar tax software.
Strong client-facing and relationship management skills.
Ability to perform detailed tax research and planning.
Experience in reviewing complex individual tax returns.
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professional ethics.
Advanced degree in taxation or related business field.
