SHIFT IN CHARGE - ENGINEER & SR ENGINEER IN TECHNICAL @ JK TYRE & INDUSTRIES LTD.
We are looking for motivated Shift In charges at the Engineer and Sr Engineer levels to join our Technical department at the Laksar Tyre Plant. The role focuses on managing shifts within the Mixing, NPI, Calendar, and Stock areas for TBB, TBR, and 2/3 Wheeler production. You will be responsible for maintaining continuous production flow and ensuring that all technical parameters are met during your shift. The position is based in Laksar, Haridwar, providing a dynamic work environment within a leading tyre manufacturing facility. Key Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in the Tyre Industry
Technical knowledge of Mixing, NPI, Calendar, and Stock areas
Experience in TBB, TBR, or 2/3 Wheeler segments
Ability to manage production shifts effectively
Strong understanding of technical shift operations
Proficiency in troubleshooting production line issues
Commitment to workplace safety and protocol adherence
Strong collaborative skills for team environment
Effective communication for reporting and coordination
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
