JK Tyre is seeking Shift in Charge - Engineer & Sr Engineer professionals for our Quality department at the Laksar Tyre Plant in Haridwar. This role oversees shift-based product and process quality for TBB, TBR, and 2/3 Wheeler lines, ensuring that every unit produced meets our stringent internal standards. You will be responsible for real-time quality monitoring and process adjustments during your shift. The role is based in Laksar, providing an opportunity to work at the forefront of tyre manufacturing technology in Uttarakhand. Key Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in Quality within the Tyre Industry
Knowledge of TBB, TBR, and 2/3 Wheeler product processes
Experience in shift-based quality monitoring
Ability to identify and address product defects immediately
Familiarity with quality testing equipment and procedures
Strong understanding of shift-level process control
Good communication skills for shift handovers and reporting
Ability to work effectively under shift pressure
Commitment to high quality standards and accuracy
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science
