SHIFT IN CHARGE- ENGINEER & SR ENGINEER IN ENGINEERING @ JK TYRE & INDUSTRIES LTD.
We are hiring Shift in Charges at the Engineer and Sr Engineer levels for our Engineering department at the Laksar Tyre Plant. This role covers both Electrical and Mechanical engineering needs across TBB and TBR divisions, specifically within Tyre Building and Tyre Curing areas. The successful candidate will ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of manufacturing machinery during their shift, minimizing downtime and maximizing efficiency. Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in Engineering within the Tyre Industry
Proficiency in Electrical or Mechanical engineering disciplines
Experience with Tyre Building and Tyre Curing machinery
Ability to manage engineering operations during shifts
Strong troubleshooting skills for industrial machinery
Experience in preventive and breakdown maintenance
Understanding of safety protocols in heavy manufacturing
Effective team coordination and supervisory skills
Capacity to work in a high-pressure manufacturing environment
Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
