As a QA Lead at our global company, you will oversee the quality assurance processes for a variety of digital products in the health and AI sectors. This role is entirely remote and based in Vietnam, allowing you to lead a distributed team of testers without the need for a central office. Your mission is to ensure that every solution we deploy meets the highest standards of reliability and performance.
The position offers a localized salary starting at $80,000 USD per year, with senior roles eligible for equity. Key Requirements
2+ years of experience in quality assurance or software testing.
Stable internet connection and ability to work independently.
Valid legal right to work within Vietnam.
B2 level English proficiency or higher.
Experience leading QA teams or managing testing lifecycles.
Proficiency in automated testing tools and frameworks.
Strong understanding of bug tracking systems and documentation.
Ability to collaborate with developers to resolve complex issues.
Knowledge of manual testing methodologies and performance testing.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
