SALESFORCE LEAD @ JAYALAKSHMI KASIREDDY
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Lead to head our development efforts in India from a remote setting. This leadership role involves overseeing the technical architecture and delivery of Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud projects. You will guide a team of developers in implementing best practices for Apex and LWC while managing high-level integrations involving CTI, Voice, and telephony systems. As a Lead, you will be expected to possess between 5 and 15 years of experience, with a deep understanding of Experience Cloud and event-driven API patterns. You will play a crucial role in shaping the Salesforce security model and data strategy. The position requires strong proficiency in JavaScript and SOQL, along with the ability to mentor junior staff and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive successful project outcomes.
Key Requirements
5 to 15 years of experience in Salesforce development and technical leadership.
Proven track record of managing Salesforce Service Cloud projects.
Expertise in Apex programming and LWC development.
Experience with Experience Cloud and complex solution architecture.
Proficiency in JavaScript and SOQL/SOSL for data management.
Deep understanding of Salesforce security architecture and data modeling.
Experience with API-led connectivity and event-driven integration patterns.
Knowledge of CTI, Voice, and telephony integration in a Contact Center setup.
Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams remotely.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
