SALESFORCE DEVELOPER @ JAYALAKSHMI KASIREDDY
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to join our remote team in India. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and various integration patterns. You will work closely with the Service Cloud and Sales Cloud platforms to enhance our business processes and provide top-tier CRM functionality. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with CTI and telephony integrations, ensuring seamless communication within our contact center environment. You will also leverage your expertise in JavaScript, SOQL, and data modeling to maintain a secure and efficient Salesforce ecosystem. This is a remote position requiring 5 to 15 years of professional experience in the Salesforce domain.
Key Requirements
5 to 15 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
Strong proficiency in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Extensive knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.
Demonstrated experience with Experience Cloud solution development.
Proficiency in JavaScript, SOQL, and SOSL languages.
Solid understanding of Salesforce security protocols and data modeling.
Experience delivering system integrations using APIs and event-driven patterns.
Background in Voice, CTI, or Contact Center integrations.
Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
Strong technical documentation and solution design skills.
