Jana Small Finance Bank is looking for energetic and driven sales professionals to join our team as Relationship Officers within the Used Car Loan segment in Guwahati. As a key member of our frontline sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and consistently achieving targets in a competitive market. The role involves identifying potential leads, conducting field visits, and managing the entire loan lifecycle from application to disbursement. You will represent the bank in the local community, ensuring that all customers receive high-quality service and a seamless financing experience.

Key Requirements
Must be a driven sales professional with experience in frontline sales.
A strong passion for the automotive finance sector is essential.
Ability to drive business growth and meet monthly sales targets in the Used Car Loan segment.
Proven skills in building and maintaining relationships with local auto dealers and channel partners.
Ability to manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle from lead generation to loan disbursement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for delivering high-quality customer service.
Willingness to conduct regular field visits and meetings with prospective clients.
Ability to ensure smooth and hassle-free processing for loan applications.
Must be no older than 35 years of age at the time of application.
Relevant educational background or equivalent professional experience in banking and finance.
Local knowledge of the Guwahati market and surrounding Assam regions.
