In this role, you will be primarily responsible for reviewing and analyzing image copyright infringement cases across various digital platforms and conducting detailed legal research on copyright laws, fair use, and licensing. You will draft legal notices, briefs, and demands while collaborating with internal creative teams on compliance and image rights. Additionally, you will support litigation strategy and identify settlement opportunities to protect the company's interests. Candidates must be able to work effectively with international clients and demonstrate strong drafting and communication skills in English.

Key Requirements
LL.B. graduate from a reputed institution
3 to 5 years of experience in intellectual property law
Strong focus and preference for copyright law expertise
Strong research, analytical, and drafting skills
Excellent communication in English (Verbal and Written)
Proven experience working with international clients globally
Ability to review and analyze infringement cases across digital platforms
Proficiency in conducting research on fair use and licensing
Capable of drafting legal notices, briefs, and demands independently
Experience collaborating with creative teams on image rights
Capability to support litigation strategy and identify settlement opportunities
Adept at working in a fast-paced digital and media environment
