AWS JAVA SPRING BOOT DEVELOPER @ ITVISIONGROUP
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AWS Java Spring Boot Developer to join our innovative team for a 6-month project. This remote position focuses on developing complex Microservices and RESTful Web Services utilizing the Spring Boot and Java frameworks. The successful candidate will also be responsible for creating and maintaining applications and services using Python, ensuring high-quality software delivery and architectural integrity.
Key responsibilities include designing business components with Spring Boot and Spring JPA, as well as developing APIs to leverage AWS Lambda for efficient server management and code execution. You will be expected to write performant Lambda functions and contribute to our cloud-native environment. While the role is remote, candidates located in or near Washington DC are preferred to facilitate alignment with the core team's operations.

Key Requirements
10+ years of professional experience in software development
Proven expertise in developing Microservices and RESTful Web Services
Strong proficiency in Java and Springboot frameworks
Hands-on experience with Python for application and service development
In-depth knowledge of Spring JPA for data persistence
Expertise in API design and AWS Lambda integration
Experience managing servers and running code within AWS environments
Strong skills in writing and debugging Lambda functions
Experience with cloud-native application architecture
Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
