IGA ARCHITECT / LEAD @ IT LAND LLC
We are seeking a highly skilled IGA Architect / Lead to join our team in Tampa, FL. This role focuses on hands-on designing and building of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions, with a primary emphasis on SailPoint ISC/IDN. You will be responsible for leading technical discussions and ensuring the successful execution of projects through the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). The position follows a hybrid schedule requiring four days onsite in Tampa, with the benefit of having alternate Fridays off.
Key responsibilities include integrating systems such as Active Directory, Azure AD, JDBC, SAP, and Workday. You will be deeply involved in managing Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) workflows, access certifications, and Segregation of Duties (SoD) to maintain high security standards. Candidates must be proficient in XML, JSON, and REST/SOAP APIs. While the focus is on SailPoint, any exposure to Saviynt or CyberArk is considered a significant advantage. This role is currently restricted to USC and H4-EAD visa holders.

Key Requirements
Hands-on experience in designing and building IGA solutions.
Proven expertise with SailPoint ISC/IDN platforms.
Extensive experience with Active Directory and Azure AD.
Technical proficiency in JDBC, SAP, and Workday integrations.
Deep understanding of Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) workflows.
Experience managing access certifications and Segregation of Duties (SoD).
Strong technical skills in XML and JSON data formats.
Proficiency in working with REST and SOAP APIs.
Demonstrated experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Ability to lead technical discussions and mentor team members.
Strong communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders.
Ability to work onsite in Tampa four days per week.
