LEAD BUSINESS ANALYST @ ISERVEWORLD
iServeWorld is looking for a seasoned Lead Business Analyst to fill a critical onsite role in downtown Richmond, VA. The candidate should have at least 7 years of business analysis experience and at least 3 years of experience in a leadership or mentoring role. Key responsibilities include managing requirements, engaging with stakeholders, and overseeing Agile processes using tools like Jira and Azure DevOps. This role is strictly onsite, and the interview process will also be conducted in person to ensure a proper fit for the team. The hourly rate for this position is $80/hr. The successful applicant will join a fast-paced environment where they will be expected to lead ceremonies and drive project success. By bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, you will ensure that all project goals are clearly defined and met. Key Requirements
At least 7 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst
Minimum of 3 years of experience leading or mentoring teams
Strong expertise in requirements management processes
Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and management
Deep understanding of Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban
Hands-on experience with Jira for workflow management
Proficiency with Azure DevOps tools
Ability to work 100% onsite in downtown Richmond, VA
Willingness to participate in a mandatory in-person interview
Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills
