RENEWABLE ENERGY SUPPORT SPECIALIST @ IRI
We are seeking a dedicated Renewable Energy Support Specialist for a 12-month contract role in Brandon, FL. In this hybrid position, you will play a crucial role in supporting renewable energy programs for a leading utility client. Your primary responsibilities will include reviewing and processing solar and renewable energy applications, managing net metering documentation, and ensuring the accuracy of all data entries. You will act as a key point of contact for customer and installer inquiries, managing high-volume communication through email and specialized internal platforms like EECP.

You will coordinate closely with internal teams to facilitate meter setups and application approvals. Success in this role requires strong proficiency in Excel and Outlook, exceptional communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. Candidates must be available to work a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, and be comfortable with a hybrid work arrangement following the initial training period.

Key Requirements
Experience in customer support, operations, or data entry processing.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook for professional communication.
Ability to handle high-volume, email-based work environments.
Strong attention to detail for reviewing complex applications.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Previous experience in the utilities or solar energy industry is a plus.
Ability to coordinate with internal teams for project approvals.
Capability to navigate and use the EECP platform effectively.
Willingness to work a standard schedule of Mon-Fri, 8 AM - 5 PM.
Legal eligibility to work under a W2 contract arrangement.
