Key Requirements
Minimum of 1.5 to 3 years of professional experience as a BIM Modeler.
Educational qualification of BE/BTech in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
Expertise in using REVIT MEP for building systems modeling.
Proficiency in REVIT Architecture for structural and architectural components.
Significant hands-on experience with Navisworks for clash detection.
Competency in using BIM 360 for project collaboration and data exchange.
Strong understanding of mechanical and civil engineering principles.
Ability to produce accurate technical drawings and 3D representations.
Knowledge of international BIM standards and implementation protocols.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail in modeling tasks.
Effective communication skills for multidisciplinary team coordination.
