International Transformation Hub (ITH) is seeking a highly skilled Admin Assistant to support our CEO and Managing Partner in a remote capacity. This position involves working from Egypt for a Canada-based commercial company, focusing on the organization, tracking, and documentation of development and CapEx projects. Your primary mission will be to turn active projects into structured workflows by managing various dashboards, templates, and project tracking tools to ensure all milestones are met efficiently. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the operational flow of the executive office. The role requires a high degree of technical competence, particularly in leveraging AI technology to convert communication and meeting notes into actionable tasks. You will also be responsible for facilitating seamless communication between the Development, Finance, and Asset Management departments to ensure project alignment. Successful candidates must be prepared to work according to Canada time zones and possess exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, to thrive in this international environment.

Key Requirements

Advanced proficiency in using Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools for task automation. Proven experience as an Admin Assistant or in a similar administrative role. Exceptional English speaking and writing skills for international communication. Meticulous attention to detail in documentation and project tracking. Ability to work and maintain productivity within Canada time zones. Experience in managing and updating project dashboards and templates. Capability to turn meeting notes and emails into assigned tasks with due dates. Strong coordination skills to facilitate communication between Finance and Asset Management. Experience documenting development and Capital Expenditure (CapEx) projects. Ability to transform complex active projects into structured, manageable workflows. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Proficiency in standard office software and project management platforms.
