The F&B Management Trainee (Kitchen) position offers an excellent opportunity for degree holders to launch their career in Singapore's vibrant food and beverage industry. As a trainee, you will be deeply involved in the daily operations of the kitchen, learning to grill and cook dishes according to the company’s high standards. You will also take on leadership responsibilities, such as overseeing daily operational matters, managing staff duty rosters, and ensuring that all team members comply with the Company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The role is comprehensive, focusing on both culinary skills and administrative management.

This role is designed to develop future leaders in the culinary field. You will be responsible for conducting orientations, providing training for new staff, and managing inventory supplies through effective vendor coordination. Maintaining exceptional hygiene practices and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional complaint handling are key components of this role. The position requires a commitment to a 6-day work week with 10-hour shifts, providing a comprehensive and immersive experience in kitchen management and operations. Gross Salary: Up to SGD 3400.
