CBG / RENEWABLE / BIOGAS - PROPOSAL ENGINEER @ INTELLECTUAL CAPITAL
This role involves leading the end-to-end proposal development process for a Delhi-NCR headquartered Cleantech leader specializing in Water Treatment, Wastewater, and Renewable Energy. As a Proposal Engineer, you will be responsible for driving complex projects from initial concept through to the final techno-commercial submission. This includes tasks such as Process Design, creating Process Flow Diagrams (PFD), and managing Bill of Quantities (BOQ) along with detailed cost estimations to ensure competitive and technically sound bids.
You will collaborate closely with the design engineering team to ensure P&ID preparation and other detailed engineering deliverables meet high standards and project requirements. The position is based on-site in Noida and requires a deep understanding of environmental technology firms and the specific challenges of the biogas sector. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in ETP, STP, WTP, WWTP, and ZLD systems, playing a crucial role in the company's efforts towards sustainability and green technology solutions within the Indian market.

Key Requirements
Proven experience in proposal development for complex water and wastewater treatment projects.
Proficiency in Process Design and the creation of detailed Process Flow Diagrams (PFD).
Demonstrated ability to prepare accurate Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and comprehensive Cost Estimations.
Strong expertise in drafting techno-commercial write-ups and managing the end-to-end bid process.
Solid knowledge of P&ID preparation and the delivery of detailed engineering documents.
Hands-on experience with environmental technologies such as ETP, STP, WTP, WWTP, or ZLD.
Deep understanding of the Biogas, Cleantech, and Renewable Energy industry sectors.
A degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering from a recognized institution.
Exceptional technical writing skills and the ability to simplify complex engineering concepts.
Willingness to work on-site in Noida on a full-time, permanent basis.
