FOOD MACHINE OPERATOR @ INPAX PACKAGING SERVICES

The company is seeking a dedicated Food Machine Operator to join their team on a full-time, on-site basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and monitoring machinery in a food production environment, ensuring all outputs meet high-quality standards and efficiency benchmarks. Daily responsibilities include setting up machines, performing routine maintenance, and troubleshooting any equipment issues that arise. The role requires a strong commitment to safety and sanitation regulations, particularly regarding allergen management, as the facility handles various ingredients like soy, nuts, and dairy. Working hours are set from Monday to Thursday, 8 am to 4 pm, and Fridays from 8 am to 3 pm, offering a stable schedule with rare overtime and no weekend work. Key Requirements
Experience with Machine Operation and handling Machinery.
Knowledge of Food Safety and Quality Control processes to ensure product excellence.
Capability to work with Hand Tools in a production setting.
Strong communication skills for effective team collaboration.
Adherence to safety guidelines and maintaining a clean work environment.
Previous experience in food production or packaging is highly regarded.
Attention to detail and ability to follow specific instructions accurately.
High level of Allergen Awareness including Gluten, Soy, Peanuts, and Tree Nuts.
