You will collaborate with management to understand the technical requirements of each role and utilize diverse platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and social media to attract high-quality candidates. The role follows a standard work week from Monday to Friday, with office hours from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM. We are specifically looking for local candidates residing in Nashik who can join immediately. Key Requirements
Minimum of 6 months to 2 years of experience in IT recruitment.
Deep understanding of various IT roles and technical stacks.
Proven ability to source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Ability to conduct technical screenings and assess candidate suitability.
Must be a local resident of Nashik, India.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
