QA ETL TESTER @ INNOVAIT GLOBAL
We are looking for a highly skilled QA ETL Tester to join our team onsite in Katy, TX. The successful candidate will be responsible for validating complex data integrations and ensuring the accuracy of data flows within our retail management systems. This role requires a deep understanding of SQL and ETL processes, as well as the ability to bridge the gap between technical data requirements and business merchandising objectives.
In this position, you will work closely with both onshore business stakeholders and offshore development teams to deliver comprehensive data-driven merchandising and store layout solutions. You will play a critical role in quality assurance, ensuring that all data-driven insights used for store planning and retail operations are precise and reliable. You will be expected to provide detailed test reports and collaborate across different time zones to ensure project timelines are met efficiently.

Key Requirements
Minimum of 10-12 years of professional experience in QA and ETL testing.
Strong proficiency in SQL for complex data querying and validation.
Direct experience working with Retail Management Systems (RMS).
Exposure to retail merchandising processes and space planning logic.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders.
Experience working with and coordinating tasks for offshore teams.
Expertise in delivering data-driven merchandising and store layout solutions.
In-depth knowledge of ETL methodologies and data warehousing concepts.
Strong analytical skills to identify data discrepancies and root causes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical reporting.
