FULL STACK .NET LEAD @ INFYSHINE
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack .net Lead with extensive React Native expertise to join our team in an onsite capacity in Pennsylvania (PA), United States. The ideal candidate must possess 8 to 10 years of overall software development experience, focusing on solid full-stack development, including building robust backend services, APIs, and complex integrations. This senior technical role requires providing critical onsite technical leadership for application development initiatives, ensuring architectural integrity, driving key design decisions, and upholding high-quality implementation standards across the board.
Beyond deep hands-on development capabilities, the Full Stack .net Lead is expected to demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and proficiency in complex healthcare systems integration. Key responsibilities include mentoring and guiding distributed or offshore development teams, reviewing and approving architectural designs, and ensuring implementation aligns perfectly with the client ’s technical ecosystem, particularly concerning Epic or other 3rd party integrations. Experience with mobile solutions integrated into Electronic Health Records (EHR) platforms like Epic is highly desired, and the role will involve supporting onsite demonstrations and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Key Requirements
8+ years of overall software development experience.
Solid full-stack experience, including backend services, APIs, and integrations.
Experience leading and mentoring offshore or distributed development teams.
Ability to review and approve architecture/design decisions.
Provide onsite technical leadership for application development initiatives.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Experience in healthcare IT, particularly mobile solutions integrated with Epic or similar EHR platforms.
Proficiency in React Native and .NET technologies.
Demonstrate deep hands-on development experience.
Align implementation with client
