DISTRIBUTION TECHNICAL PRODUCT OWNER / PROGRAM MANAGER @ INFYSHINE
Infyshine is seeking a highly experienced and dedicated professional for a dual role: Distribution Technical Product Owner and Program Manager. This critical position is located locally or nearby Mooresville, Indiana. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in the healthcare supply chain domain, driving the technical vision and managing complex programs related to distribution, logistics, and warehouse management systems (WMS). This role requires a minimum of 15 years of overall professional experience, with 8-10 years focused specifically on supply chain IT within healthcare environments.
Key responsibilities include defining the product backlog, leading product release planning, and serving as an expert Program Manager who can establish governance across global teams while remaining comfortable with hands-on execution. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in end-to-end supply chain processes, including strong insight into Distribution/Logistics. Technical proficiency is mandatory, especially concerning warehouse control systems such as Dematic, BOSS, RFID, conveyors, and VLM
’s. A data-driven approach is essential, requiring the ability to identify potential AI/ML opportunities within real-time Distribution Center (DC) operations. Experience with massive data migration efforts and knowledge of supply chain technologies like ERP, WMS, and TMS are critical components of success in this position.

Key Requirements
A minimum of 8-10 years of Supply Chain, Supply Chain IT and/or relevant business experience within healthcare.
Proficiency in end-to-end supply chain processes with strong business insight into Distribution/Logistics and Warehouse Management Systems.
Experience with Warehouse control systems such as Dematic, BOSS, RFID, conveyors, and VLM

Proficiency in SDLC methodologies including waterfall, agile and Scaled Agile.
Strong leadership, communication, and social skills.
Demonstrated technical proficiency in supply chain technologies/systems.
Experienced in leading a product backlog/release plan, tracking team level metrics, and attending product team ceremonies.
General Supply Chain knowledge, Divestitures and Program management expertise.
Strong Deliver background (ERP-> WMS, TMS and other).
Expert Program Manager working with global teams, setting up governance, and comfortable with hands-on tasks if needed.
Extensive data migration experience.
