Key Requirements
Deep understanding of Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) modules.
Experience in logistics and supply chain business process mapping.
Ability to configure OTM workflows and automation agents.
Strong problem-solving skills related to transportation planning.
Prior experience in large-scale ERP transformation projects.
Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.
Capability to work independently and within a distributed team.
Good understanding of SQL and integration protocols.
Strong documentation skills for functional and technical specifications.
Willingness to mentor junior consultants within the practice.
