Key Requirements
6–10 years of professional experience in software development or AI research.
Demonstrated hands-on expertise with LLM Fine-Tuning and Prompt Engineering.
Advanced proficiency in Python programming for data science and AI applications.
Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Deep Learning methodologies.
Proven experience building and optimizing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
Practical knowledge of Vector Databases such as Pinecone, Milvus, or Weaviate.
Experience designing and implementing robust API Frameworks for AI model integration.
Deep understanding of Responsible AI principles and safety protocols for autonomous agents.
Ability to work effectively in a general shift schedule within a hybrid or remote setup.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
