MULTI-SKILLED MACHINERY OPERATORS @ INFINITY DEVELOPMENTS
Infinity Developments is looking for versatile and hardworking Multi-Skilled Machinery Operators to join our dynamic technical team in Zanzibar - Unguja. We are hiring for multiple positions including operators for Backhoes, Excavators, Dozers, Front Loaders, and Cranes. This is an urgent requirement for individuals who can hit the ground running on active construction and earthmoving projects. Successful candidates must demonstrate the ability to operate at least two different types of heavy machinery efficiently to be considered for the role.
In addition to operational skills, candidates are expected to perform mandatory pre-start machine inspections and routine daily maintenance checks to ensure equipment longevity and site safety. You will be part of a professional team focused on delivering high-quality infrastructure and development projects. Key Requirements
Minimum of 3+ years of active field experience in construction or earthmoving projects
MUST be able to operate at least two (2) different machines (Backhoe, Excavator, Dozer, Front Loader, or Crane)
Valid Driving License with the appropriate classes for heavy machinery
Mandatory knowledge of pre-start machine inspections
Ability to perform routine daily maintenance checks
Experience working on active earthmoving projects
High level of versatility and technical adaptability
Immediate availability to work in Zanzibar - Unguja
Strong commitment to site safety and equipment care
Hardworking and disciplined approach to technical tasks
