Key Requirements
Minimum 1–5 years of experience in US IT recruitment, focusing on technology roles.
Strong comprehension of diverse IT stacks, including cloud, development, and data science.
Expertise in sourcing US-based candidates using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, and Monster.
Must be comfortable working night shifts/US time zones from the Noida office.
Proven ability to negotiate salary and placement terms with US candidates (W2, 1099, C2C).
Excellent track record of meeting quarterly placement targets.
Proficient in managing candidate relationships throughout the entire hiring funnel.
High level of integrity and professionalism in handling sensitive candidate information.
Familiarity with VMS (Vendor Management Systems) portals is a plus.
Ability to quickly adapt to changing client requirements and priorities.
