We are looking for an ambitious US Healthcare Recruiter with 1–5 years of experience to join our on-site team in Noida. This role is dedicated to supporting our US clients by finding and placing qualified healthcare professionals across various specialties, including nursing, allied health, and administrative roles. You will be instrumental in navigating the competitive US healthcare market and ensuring a continuous pipeline of high-quality talent.
The primary responsibilities involve full-cycle recruitment, from initial job requisition analysis to candidate onboarding. The successful candidate must be highly adaptable and comfortable working US hours to maximize interaction with candidates and clients. Key Requirements
Proven experience (1–5 years) recruiting professionals specifically for the US Healthcare industry.
In-depth knowledge of clinical and non-clinical roles within US healthcare systems.
Familiarity with US healthcare regulations and compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA).
Strong sourcing capabilities using various job boards and professional networks relevant to US candidates.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail required for managing high-volume roles.
Ability to work effectively during US time zones from the Sector-2, Noida office.
Demonstrated success in closing complex healthcare placements.
Proficiency in conducting behavioral and competency-based interviews.
Experience using CRM/ATS systems for candidate tracking.
Must possess exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
