IT RECRUITER – CANADA / LATAM @ INFICARETECH
We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Noida. This role focuses specifically on sourcing and placing highly skilled IT professionals for our clients across Canada and the Latin American region (LATAM). The ideal candidate must possess 2–5 years of relevant experience managing the unique challenges and requirements of international recruitment for these geographies. This is a critical role that demands deep market knowledge and cultural awareness to effectively engage and convert top international talent.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, including understanding complex technical requirements, leveraging various platforms for candidate sourcing, conducting rigorous screening, and guiding candidates through the interview and offer stages. Collaboration with hiring managers and developing strong talent pipelines are key components of this role. Success in this position requires a proactive approach and a strong commitment to meeting demanding international hiring goals while maintaining a focus on quality and candidate experience.

Key Requirements
Minimum 2–5 years of proven experience in IT recruitment.
Specific experience in sourcing and placing candidates in the Canadian market.
Specific experience in sourcing and placing candidates in the LATAM (Latin America) market.
Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and technical jargon.
Ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job boards.
Expertise in advanced Boolean searching and passive candidate sourcing.
Must be willing to work on-site at the Noida (Sector-2) office.
Demonstrated success in achieving placement targets.
