Key Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of experience in US IT recruitment.
Proven experience working with an Implementation Partner.
Ability to work consistent US Shift hours (7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST).
Deep understanding of various IT skill sets and technology stacks.
Proficiency in using recruitment tools such as Dice, Monster, and LinkedIn.
Strong screening and interview techniques for technical roles.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills for candidate management.
Knowledge of US work authorization types (H1B, GC, etc.).
Ability to build a strong pipeline of qualified IT candidates.
Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet placement targets.
