EXPERIENCED FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN @ IMAGING SERVICES
Imaging Services is actively seeking an Experienced Field Service Technician to join our team in the Springfield, PA area. This is a crucial role focused on providing expert installation, comprehensive troubleshooting, and reliable maintenance for advanced medical imaging and X-ray systems situated within various healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working independently in the field and managing a daily travel schedule throughout the assigned service territory. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is committed to ensuring optimal equipment performance and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction to our clients.
This position requires specialized knowledge of diagnostic equipment operation and repair. Initial employment will begin as a 1099 independent contractor for the first 90 days, after which full-time employment status may be evaluated. Successful applicants will need a dependable vehicle, preferably a truck, suitable for transporting tools and equipment. The role demands strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to responding to service calls promptly and effectively.

Key Requirements
Proven experience servicing X-ray/imaging equipment.
Strong troubleshooting skills, particularly for complex hardware and software issues.
Dependable, flexible, and responsive to service calls, including emergency and after-hours requests.
Own reliable vehicle required (truck or van preferred) for daily travel to client sites.
Must be willing to work the first 90 days as a 1099 contractor, managing personal taxes and benefits.
Ability to install, calibrate, and perform preventative maintenance on various medical imaging systems.
Excellent communication and customer service skills when interacting with healthcare staff and patients.
Proficiency with diagnostic tools and software used for system analysis and repair.
Must possess relevant technical certifications or an equivalent degree in electronics or biomedical engineering.
Must be able to lift heavy equipment and work in physically demanding environments as needed.
