NETWORK IMPLEMENTATION ENGINEER (MANUFACTURING) @ IDIA CONSULTING
We are seeking a highly experienced Network Implementation Engineer to join our manufacturing client in Bethlehem, PA, for a long-term contract engagement. This role requires a professional with over 15 years of hands-on experience in the field, specifically focusing on the design and deployment of robust network infrastructures within a manufacturing setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of LAN and WAN solutions, ensuring seamless connectivity and high performance across all production facilities.

Key Requirements
15+ years of professional experience in network engineering or implementation.
In-depth expertise in local area network (LAN) and wide area network (WAN) architecture.
Proven track record working within a manufacturing industry environment.
Expertise in configuring, installing, and troubleshooting enterprise-grade network hardware.
Strong understanding of network security protocols, firewalls, and data encryption.
Ability to work on-site at the Bethlehem, PA facility for the duration of the contract.
Experience with large-scale network infrastructure projects and system upgrades.
Advanced knowledge of IP addressing, subnetting, and routing protocols.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex technical issues.
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and internal teams.
