Iconma is actively seeking highly motivated and experienced Recruiters and Senior Recruiters to join our vibrant team in Noida Sector 64. These are critical onsite roles focused on US recruitment across specialized domains including Healthcare, Pharma, Clinical, Engineering, and Light Industrial (LI)/Non-IT sectors. Candidates must demonstrate 1–4 years of robust US recruitment experience and strong end-to-end recruitment capabilities, focusing on delivering exceptional staffing solutions tailored to our specialized clientele. We are looking for individuals who are energetic, highly target-driven, and focused on performance metrics to excel in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in identifying, attracting, and onboarding talent for clinical research and trial positions for US clients. Success depends on maintaining a focus on performance, managing a high volume of candidates, and ensuring prompt fulfillment of complex clinical staffing needs.

Key Requirements
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience recruiting for clinical roles.
1–4 years of US Recruitment experience.
Hands-on experience working with Clinical clients.
Strong end-to-end recruitment skills.
Must be energetic and target-driven.
Performance-focused professional.
Ability to work onsite at Noida Sector 64.
Knowledge of the clinical research or trial staffing process.
Adept at high-volume candidate sourcing.
