Icon Nurturing Innocence is looking for a dedicated and dynamic Branch Head to lead our preschool branch in Kanpur. This role is pivotal in driving the growth and operational excellence of our institution, which has been a leader in the preschool industry since 2005. As a Branch Head, you will be the face of the school, managing the entire admission cycle, fostering positive relationships with parents, and ensuring that every child experiences a safe and nurturing learning environment. You will be responsible for upholding our high childcare standards and organizational policies while leading a team of educators and support staff towards shared goals.

Key Requirements
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Preschool or Education Management.
Strong leadership and team management skills to oversee teachers and support staff.
Target-driven mindset with a focus on achieving enrollment and admission goals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for parent relationship management.
Proficiency in conflict resolution and problem-solving within a school environment.
Operational discipline with high attention to detail regarding hygiene and safety.
Basic proficiency in MS Office and the ability to prepare performance reports.
Ability to maintain and enforce organizational policies and childcare standards.
Experience in supervising classroom readiness and ensuring a nurturing environment.
Proactive approach to staff performance monitoring and professional feedback.
