Proven experience in front-of-house roles in luxury hospitality.
Exceptional communication and guest engagement skills.
Professional grooming and presentation standards.
Ability to maintain a high level of service in a fast-paced environment.
Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends.
Commitment to the high standards of a private members club.
Knowledge of food and beverage service protocols.
Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
Relevant certification or hospitality training.
