PROJECT MANAGER (AI) / TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER (AI) @ HYTGENX
We are looking for a skilled Project Manager (AI) or Technical Project Manager (AI) to lead our AI-driven development projects at hytGenX. In this role, you will be responsible for managing technical teams, defining project scopes, and ensuring the successful delivery of complex AI solutions. You will act as a bridge between technical staff and stakeholders, ensuring that all project milestones are met with high quality.
This is an onsite role based in DHA Phase 5, Lahore. The work timings are from 5 PM to 2 AM to accommodate our global project requirements. Candidates should possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of technical project management methodologies to thrive in our dynamic and high-growth environment.

Key Requirements
3–4 years of experience managing technical teams.
Proven experience in managing AI-based projects.
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Proficiency in Agile or Scrum methodologies.
Ability to work onsite in Lahore (DHA Phase 5).
Willingness to work the 5 PM – 2 AM shift.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with project management software tools.
Ability to manage risks and solve project-related conflicts.
