Expertise in mixing, garnishing, and serving alcoholic drinks.
Thorough knowledge of wines, spirits, and craft beers.
Ability to check guest identification and monitor intoxication.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
Strong cash handling skills and basic mathematical ability.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Commitment to keeping a clean, organized, and stocked bar.
Previous experience in a high-end bar or international hotel.
Physical stamina to stand for the duration of a shift.
Creativity in developing and testing new cocktail recipes.
