Key Requirements
Previous experience in the hospitality industry or a similar customer-facing role is highly preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to interact with guests effectively.
A strong commitment to providing high-quality customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and various shifts as required.
Physical stamina and the ability to remain on your feet for extended periods during a shift.
Valid lifeguard and first aid certifications are mandatory for candidates applying for the Lifeguard position.
Proven culinary skills and knowledge of food safety standards for the DCDP – Continental role.
Strong leadership and organizational abilities for the KST Team Leader position to manage kitchen stewarding.
A professional appearance and adherence to hotel grooming and hygiene standards.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and support colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
