Key Requirements
Degree in Hospitality or Hotel Management
Minimum of 3 years experience in banquet or event management
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Proficiency in budget management and financial reporting
Commitment to exceptional customer service standards
Knowledge of event planning software and tools
