Key Requirements
Previous experience managing a large-scale housekeeping department in a luxury hotel setting.
Ability to train, motivate, and schedule a diverse team of housekeeping staff.
Excellent knowledge of cleaning methods, chemicals, and equipment operation.
Managing inventory of linens, supplies, and amenities efficiently while controlling costs.
Ensuring all guest rooms and public areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Conducting regular inspections and maintaining quality control logs.
Developing and implementing department operational policies and procedures.
