FACILITY MANAGER @ HUNTER FOODS
Hunter Foods is seeking a dedicated and experienced Facility Manager to lead operations at our brand-new facility located in the National Industries Park (NIP), Dubai. This pivotal role involves overseeing the daily management of our industrial spaces, ensuring they operate with maximum efficiency, safety, and reliability. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting benchmarks in compliance and operational excellence, driving the facility to meet high-level organizational goals. The position requires a proactive individual with strong engineering or management background who can navigate the complexities of industrial facility operations in the UAE.

Key Requirements
Extensive experience in facility management within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Deep understanding of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations in the United Arab Emirates.
Proven ability to lead and manage large-scale facility operations efficiently.
Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and mechanical maintenance.
Experience in contract negotiation and managing third-party service providers.
Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams.
Ability to develop and implement operational benchmarks and compliance standards.
Proficiency in facilities management software and project management tools.
Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related technical field.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
